Luke Fowler, who has thus far garnered interest with his film works and sound installations, is, in his second exhibition at Galerie Gisela Capitain, exhibiting solely photographic works.
The artist's filmic thought process is evident in the presentation of his photographs, in which Fowler regards individual groups of works as filmic projections. Correspondingly, each group, functioning as a screen, underlies a different scenic rhythm and depicts diverging distances to which the photographs of the groups disposed.
