Monika Sosnowska

From 15 March 2025, Monika Sosnowska (*1972) will occupy the central atrium space in the extension of the Moderne Galerie with several monumental sculptures made of painted steel. Sosnowska's equally bulky and poetic architectural paraphrases, often derived from deformed building elements, pose questions about history, memory and identity. In the 14 metre high domed hall, hanging sculptures and floor works are combined to create an exciting ensemble.
